The FamilyCare programme extends affordable and accessible healthcare to eligible members on our Fullerton Health Concierge Mobile App.

FamilyCare members enjoy the following benefits at preferred rates:

GP consultation and drugs at Fullerton-owned Clinics;
Telemedicine access via Fullerton Health Concierge mobile app;
Specialist consultation and treatment at selected Specialist Clinics;
FamilyCare Health screening packages;
Dental consultation and treatment;
Physiotherapy consultation and services; and
Ambulance (non-emergency).

Members of FamilyCare Programme ("Programme") agree to effect full payment to FHG & its affilicates for all fees and incidentals incurred (including but not limited to medical examinations, tests, and diagnostics). The applicable rates may be revised from time to time by FHG at its absolute discretion. All invoices raised shall be immediately due and payable.
